This agreement covers use of AIDataEntryPro, a tool used by BlackpeakCFO to connect to
a client's QuickBooks Online company, with that client's own authorisation, in order to
provide accounting, bookkeeping and tax services. AIDataEntryPro is not currently made
available to the public and is not sold or licensed separately from our accounting
services.
Use of this tool is limited to BlackpeakCFO, acting on the instructions of, and with the
authorisation of, the client whose QuickBooks Online company is being accessed.
Authorising the connection through your own QuickBooks Online account constitutes your
agreement to this tool being used for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
The tool reads accounting data from your QuickBooks Online company using the access you
grant, for the purpose of preparing your accounts, bookkeeping and tax returns. It does
not write to, alter, or delete data in your QuickBooks Online company.
You may withdraw the tool's access to your QuickBooks Online company at any time,
directly from within your own QuickBooks Online account, independently of us.
This tool is provided for the specific purpose described above. It is not offered as
general-purpose accounting software and carries no warranty beyond our usual
professional obligations to you as our client.
Nothing in this agreement limits or replaces our professional obligations to you under
our engagement letter, or under the ethical and regulatory requirements of the
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
